Mixing family with business has its rewards and challenges. Conflict resolution, dealing with toxic employees or family members, and interactions between parent and child are more complex. That’s why Laura Piotrowski, CEO of is tackling family dynamics and conflict resolution in the second of our three-part Leadership Skill-Building Workshop series. Laura will build on the concepts of self-awareness and self-management from session one.
