Jim brings decades of deep leadership and strategic planning experience to FBLP. He has served in CEO, COO and CFO roles for a variety of companies, including family businesses. His corporate career has been focused on building businesses, re-engineering underperforming business units, expanding market share, improving productivity, and enhancing profit margins and return on invested capital. Currently in his role as Vistage (formerly TEC) Chairman, he works with next generation (NextGen) members who aspire to be the next family business or corporate CEO leader. His coaching and consulting practice, James Advisory Services, LLC focuses on strategic planning, succession planning, family management development, and conflict resolution.

George is a distinguished executive advisor who serves as both a Leadership Coach and CEO Peer Advisory Board Chair with Vistage Worldwide, as well as Managing Director of Sigma Management Systems. Drawing from his 17-year tenure as CEO and subsequent 25-year career in executive consulting, he brings unparalleled expertise in strategic planning and organizational development.

With over 35,000 hours of direct engagement with CEOs, presidents, and business owners, George delivers comprehensive leadership development through executive coaching, strategic business planning and advisory services, and fractional CEO support. His approach is enhanced by advanced certifications in Positive Intelligence and Systemic Team Coaching, enabling him to facilitate transformative growth at both individual and organizational levels.
