Effective Executive Negotiations Workshop

We recently had an in-person workshop focused on Executive Negotiations presented by Bob Gibson, author and founder of Negotiation Wisdom. Bob's presentation focused on:

  1. How motivational drivers (power, greed, acceptance, fame, safety, reputation, altruism or excellence) dictate negotiation strategy.

  2. Strategies to gain leverage, including nibbling, swapping out, flinching, good guy/bad guy, and little guy/big guy.

  3. How to be better prepared to deal with manipulative negotiation techniques of others.
